For the fans of police television shows from the era where they did not start with "Law and Order" Series 2 of Adam 12 will be out September 30.

I know this has nothing to do with diecast emergency vehicles, but since Mark opened the door, I'd just like to say I can't understand why "Police Story" (the '70s anthology series, not the Jackie Chan movie) has never been released on DVD. I'd love to see the later show "Top Cops" as well - they took a lot of pains to get those reenactment vignettes right with period cars and everything.

(I'm writing this from Israel on a hotel computer so I may not be able to see replies for a few days. And of course I photographed some Israeli police cars...)
