Re: The passing of Turid Jenset Stirnemann

Thank you Fred for your posting about the sad loss of our dear friend Turid Stirnemann.
Turid and I shared living quarters during our memorable time in Matzuva. We were very close friends and remained so until this day. Despite living at opposite ends of the Globe, we always remained in touch. Turid is a huge loss to her family and friends, she leaves a big gap in my life and I cannot think that we are now without her. I remember all the good times we had together in Matzuva as if it was yesterday - well over forty years ago now.
My thoughts are with Turid's family at this dreadful time, words are inadequate at such times.

Re: The passing of Turid Jenset Stirnemann

Thanks for posting the sad news of the passing of Turid.

On behalf of all the residents and members of Kibbutz Matzuva we send our sincere
condolences to the family. Although most members did not remember Turid with
many of our senior members having passed away during the last year we all appreciate all the volunteers and ulpan students who stayed and contributed to
the life of our small community.

We have a saying in Hebrew to the bereaved "We wish that you are not burdened with such grief in the future"

May her dear soul rest in everlasting peace.

Sincerely

Baruch Kadmon
