Leaking rear driver-side hub

It appears I have a damaged rear driver hub which is causing a nasty oil leak and likely some brake damage. Dave Icaza replaced the rear passenger hub for me last summer and locating one was a challenge for him. Does anyone have one I could buy? I would also be appreciative of any volunteers to intersted in assisting with installation in a tech session. My current work schedule limits my availability to Sunday or Monday. Ken Albin is willing to host, as I have limited workspace and tools. Thanks!

Re: Leaking rear driver-side hub

Karen,
Has the drum been removed to check if it's the axel seal or possibly the brake slave.? Could be either. Is your master cylinder fluid level down? The brake shoes may be saturated in either case

Re: Leaking rear driver-side hub

Karen,
Barney Gaylord offers wire wheel hubs are the same as disk wheel hubs but with different length studs. If you actually need a hub I have early disk wheel hubs that may not have the "O" ring that yours normally has. I think adaptable in a pinch.
