Great website and pictures. Was at JLRRA 1964-1966 and then permanent staff 1972-1974. Served 14 Regt 1966-1972 (Blazers) and 32 Regt 1974-1977 and then Gunnery Staff until 1981. Now attending 14 Regt OCA reunions at Larkhill every year.

Not sure as I was drunk a lot in Sennelager!

I always like to see how fellow Gunners are doing. I was in JLRRA 1969-71 in Wingate Troop (Sgt Prince, Lt Brand). Quick tour at Buckingham Palace and then to 39 Missile (19 Bty), 39 Med Regt RA (H Bty, 171 Nty then HW Bty). Served with my brother Alex Young and got out in 1975. Moved to the States and meant to join the Army (Army guy was at lunch!!), anyway ended up doing (20) years in the US Navy, which was great. My fondest memories are as a Junior Leader in Bramcote and the training there made me a better Sailor. Thanks all.

Hi Mike,I was just browsing the net for JLRRA info and came across your homepage.You hve some very nice photos of your family and your army days.I was with 56 Hvy.Bty in Lippstadt and later Sennelager.My career started with Mercer Tp in Nuneaton.I saw on one of your photos a names-sake...seems everyoe has a double somewhere!
